Hello, my name is Tim Poole, Operations Manager for Whiskey Island Marina, Wendy Park & Sunset Grille. I started in 2006 with the task of turning around the Marina and establishing the "Sunset Grille". I have over 20 years of boating experience as well as managing businesses.

My goals include improving all aspects of Whiskey Island and having customer service at it's highest level. I believe Whiskey Island Marina is one of the most beautiful areas in all of Ohio. I feel it's very important for all the people that come to visit, come relax, enjoy the beauty and leave with an incredible experience.

 
 

Hello, my name is Darren Cadiou and I am the Bar Manager at the Sunset Grille. I have been in the restaurant industry for 25 years.

I graduated from the Pennsylvania Culinary of Arts as a certified chef as well as being service safe certified. I am also an avid fisherman and Cleveland sports fan. I look forward to a great summer and I hope to see you at the Sunset Grille.

 
 
 

Hello, my name is Jeremy Provance and I am the Head Chef of the Sunset Grille. I have over 20 great years in the food and beverage industry.

I started working as a bus boy and dishwasher at the age of 15 and worked through school as a DJ, Cook, Server, Bartender, Corporate and Head Chef. I have a great love of executing food in a way that I feel is as special as our guests that will come visit this summer at no other place than the Sunset Grille on Whiskey Island.
